Retail Cleaning in Cardiff

First impressions shape customer confidence, and customer confidence shapes buying behaviour. Your cleaning schedule is built around your trading hours and keeps disruption to customers and staff to a minimum. Early mornings, evenings, whatever fits the way your store runs.

Typical areas we look after include:

• Shop floors and sales areas
• Entrances and storefronts
• Customer service desks
• Fitting rooms
• Staff rooms and kitchens
• Washrooms
• Stockrooms
• Internal glass and mirrors
• High-touch customer surfaces

The front of your store does the selling before a customer is even inside. We use specialist glass products for a streak-free finish on windows, mirrors and glazing, the surfaces that show every fingerprint and mark. Dust settles on shelving and displays where it quietly undercuts how your stock looks, so we stay on top of it, using products that protect your flooring, fixtures and display areas.

We use eco-friendly products that support a healthier indoor environment, kept low-odour so they add to the shopping experience rather than leaving a chemical smell hanging in the air. Our HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaners trap fine dust instead of pushing it back across your shop floor, and colour-coded equipment keeps cross-contamination down.

Your cleaners are in your store with stock, tills and customer data nearby, often outside trading hours. Every operative is DBS checked, completes confidentiality and GDPR training, and is fully uniformed on site. Our GPS-enabled clock-in and clock-out system verifies attendance, and we carry full public liability and employers' liability insurance.

We run monthly audits with written reports and photographic evidence, reporting honestly on what's going well and what needs improving. Where an audit turns something up, we put corrective actions in quickly. Your cleaning runs to a bespoke schedule built around your store.
